Joe Nahmias bd7f3d219d bump symfony to 5.4.21 
adapt to the new EventDispatcher API
  - Symfony\Component\EventDispatcher => Symfony\Contracts\EventDispatcher
  - dispatch() arguments swap
  - execute() must return int
