By removing the word "another", the left sidebar can be made narrower and it is still clear what these actions do.

While the documentation explains the meaning of LDAP_USER_CREATION very well, the example config file just contains the explanation "Allow automatic LDAP user creation". This might confuse some admins (such as me) as it can be interpreted as "create an LDAP user for new local users". This commit expands the explanation to clarify the meaning of LDAP_USER_CREATION.

The objective of this PR is to add support for:
- [ ] Adding "Position" parameter for Subtask Api Procedure "updateSubtask" method.
Background: I'm working on an Android Client for Kanboard using Flutter Framework. In order to update subtasks positions, I added the "position" parameter and managed the rest of the logic in the App.
